2. Appointments & Cancellations
By booking an appointment, you agree to receive follow-up communications by email or SMS. You can cancel or reschedule with advance notice.
3. Use of Content
You may not copy, distribute, or misuse any content, images, or material on this website without prior written consent.
4. Disclaimer
Results from marketing services may vary based on industry, competition, and market conditions. We make no guarantees of specific outcomes unless stated in a written agreement.
5. Changes
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our site or services implies your acceptance of any changes.
6. SMS/Text Messages
-Users who opt in can expect to receive automated text messages from JME Media related to their appointment. This includes confirmation messages after booking, reminders leading up to the appointment, and optional follow-ups.
-You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the short code. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
-If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to: joshuaenglert@jmemedia.org
-Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
-As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
